Ms. Niti brings over more than 4.5 years of rich experiences in the field of HR with specific focus manpower handling, employee retention, conflict management, Training & Development, Performance Apprasisal, Payroll, etc. She has an ability to manage & work under pressure.
Prior to joining Laxmi Narayan Group, she was working with Mukand Group of Companies and was based at Guwahati. She has also worked with other organization like JKM Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. as an HR as well.
Neelamjit Goswami
ASST. HR MANAGER
He is an MBA specialized in HR & Marketing Management from Dibrugarh University as well as an M.Com in Management from Gauhati University.
Mr. Neelamjit has a past 5yrs experience in Administration and Teaching. His core area is in Admin-HR, Payroll processing, Recruitment etc. He believes in smart work and job place dedication.
Prior joining to Laxmi Narayan he was working as an Assistant Professor in SB Deorah College.
